Syrian Child Sponsored for Surgery in Jordan

This week, 7-month-old Bailsan Abo Rashdan, a Syrian refugee living in the Al-Zaatari refugee camp in northern Jordan, was sponsored by the PCRF for pediatric orthopedic surgery at the Irbid Islamic Hospital. Dr. Omar Shboul did a reduction of both hips and hip spica casting. Her treatment was part of the PCRF's Syrian Children's Relief Project in which we are identifying children in need of care and cannot be treated locally and arrange it for them on a humanitarian basis, regardless of their religion or nationality.
